Our latest Glen Ellyn job is finally taking shape. It was a cold winter start, but it is finishing up nicely. We look forward to seeing the completed interiors soon. For the time being, here are a few progress shots showing a few construction phases.

Located in heart of Harbor Country, this Grand Beach residence offers a traditional look with modern interior styling. Situated on the beach, the natural focus of the project became the views to the water. To take advantage of this, the kitchen, dining, and living spaces are all combined into a single communal space towards beach side. A Kawneer window wall system was used to allow excellent views to the water as well as allow natural light to fill the space. To keep the overall look clean and crisp on the exterior, a rainhandler was used to disperse the flow of water from the roof, removing the need for any gutters and downspouts. White horizontal beveled siding coupled with a white standing seam roof also helps contribute to the clean exterior.
